A 19 year old man remains in hospital Thursday following a serious road accident in Lisnagry overnight.
The young man was the driver and only occupant of a car which lost control and careered into a ditch near the Annacotty Business Park at Grange Upper around 1am.
Emergency services from Limerick City attended the scene and the young driver was rushed the Mid Western Regional hospital suffering serious head injuries.
Gardai say investigations are ongoing.
