It was like an ice rink. Everyone knew this weather was coming. The road should have been a priority for the gritters and salting. Yet nothing was done. In any other developed country that would be considered criminal neglect. In this country if a private company was so neglectful of it's duties it would be criminal neglect. But because a Irish council just couldn't be bothered then it seems that's OK.
