Local Elections

Local elections are held in Ireland every 5 years. In this election you are electing Councillors to represent the community in your local authority, be it Limerick City Council or Limerick County Council.

Limerick City council is divided into three electoral areas and has a total of 17 seats. Limerick County council is divided into five electoral areas and has a total of 28 seats.
